Important for Vista users:

1. Uninstall steam
2. Install FM 2012 (skidrow version)
3. Replace only fm.exe from SKIDROW folder
4. Start the game
5. Enjoy

Solution for The application failed to initialize properly (0×000000005)!!!

1.Reinstall the game
2.at the end of installation check direct X i Net Framework (see the SS below from bhaenk)
3.from skidrow folder copy only fm.exe file
3.download this http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...shtml?d3dx9_41 and extract in game folder
4.start the game

Cara Buka EDITOR (SKIDROW)
buka editor di versi skidrow ini,,

di dalem filder C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\Editor ada file yg namanya special folders.xml,, file itu di delete aja dan jalankan editor.exe

backup file special folders.xml nya ya jgn lupa
